“When I first read the announcement of this specific Staff Training Week I thought that it would be a unique opportunity for me to attend it since “soft skills” as a subject of training is not common. Up to now, I have focused only on specific subjects straight relevant to internationalization. I strongly believe that this experience was very valuable mainly for my personal development and subsequently for my professional progress. Also, it gave me the opportunity to meet colleagues from all over Europe and exchange ideas, some of them applicable to my job. The involvement of students was also a clever idea. What is more, it was great fun trying to learn some Polish everyday phrases and sightseeing Silesian attractions. Training and social programme were balanced and very well organized. Congratulations!”
