The 5th Erasmus Staff Training Week "Soft Skills in the International Setting" took place between 5 and 9 June 2017 at the University of Economics in Katowice.
The event was intended primarily for staff involved with international issues at their home universities. It gave a unique opportunity to benchmark and share best practices with colleagues from other institutions. This year our guests represented 23 universities from over the word countries, i.e., Brazil, Colombia, Spain, Germany, Albania, Czech Republic, Romania, Korea, Belgium, Greece, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Palestine, Portugal, Russia, Ukraine and Great Britain.
The Erasmus Staff Training Week "Soft Skills in the International Setting" has been organised by the University of Economics in Katowice annually since 2013. The programme included a mixture of training sessions, presentations from the University staff and best practice presentations from participants. There were also cultural activities and opportunities to visit attractive places in the region.
