Rector's days and hours

At the request of the Student Parliament, the Vice-Rector prof. dr hab. Sławomir Smyczek agreed to the rector's days and hours in the winter semester 2019/2020 for full-time first and second cycle students:

     October 18, 2019 (Friday) from 8: 00-11: 30,
     October 31, 2019 (Thursday),
     December 23, 2019 (Monday),
     January 10, 2020 (Friday).



Success of our students in Budapest

From 15th till 21st of January our students along with representatives of the universities from The Netherlands (Avans University of Applied Science), France (IUT de Quimper), Germany (University of Kassel) and Hungary (Budapest Business School), participated in the business game Markstrat in Budapest (Hungary), organized by the Budapest Business School. International Business programme joins the X-Culture project!

First year Master students of the Cross Culture Management course will have a unique opportunity to participate in the International X-culture project.

The X-Culture project is a collaborative effort of dozens of instructors around the world who strive to enhance learning in their International Management/Business courses by providing their students with an opportunity to gain first-hand experience in international collaboration and cross-cultural communication. Participating students are assigned to international teams of 5-6 members that are tasked to prepare a business proposal for a large multi-national company, each being a leader in a particular industry (such as Google, Inc., HSBC Holdings, McDonald’s Corporation, Toyota Motor Corporation, Walt Disney Company and others).

Every semester, thousands of students and professionals from over 40 countries take part in the X-Culture competition!

On 9.11.2015 students of International Business Program within the subject R&D and Innovation Management conducted by dr Bartłomiej J. Gabryś participated in a study visit in Technopark in Gliwice. During the meeting they had an opportunity to learn the rules of functioning of companies operating in Technopark and also of same Technopark activities. They familiarized themselves with the principles of operation of Technological Accelerator. They took part in a training about creativity and visited selected laboratories. Of particular interest was 3D printing and a presentation of one of the organizations operating in the field of training for companies using different types of hydraulics.


Safety regulations course (BHP)

All students of Bachelor degree and Master degree who are not our graduates have to participate and pass safety regulations course. Details will be given in later in time.



Infomation about sports classes

Please remember about the necessity to sign up for sport classes in winter semester of 2014/15 academic year.

According to information from the undergraduate open day, students can sign up for sport classes at the Physical Education Department in building C.
