AIESEC, The International Association of Students of Economic Sciences and Commerce the scope of AIESEC's activities comprises two areas. The international student training exchange program provides the best students with the opportunity for completing 6- to 78 week work placements in foreign companies. As a result, the students can gain work experience and get acquainted with the country's culture. Additionally, the global thematic programs enable the students to participate in dozens of local and international training seminars in the field of economics, management, democracy and international integration. AIESEC also prepares Career Days for students and graduates, frequent company presentations and 'A Day with AIESEC.' The Katowice Committee organizes the INTER TRADE annual seminar.
