Tasks

The tasks of the Administrative Support for the Chancellor and Deputy Chancellor include:

  • keeping the schedule of meetings of the Chancellor and his deputies,
  • keeping records, registrations and registrations of the secretariat's files,
  • accepting and connecting telephone calls,
  • submitting to the Chancellor and his deputies matters requiring their decisions,
  • submitting correspondence for signature,
  • informing organizational units about the manner of handling the matter,
  • preparation of drafts of letters, orders, reports,
  • drawing up documents or draft documents commissioned by the Chancellor or his deputies,
  • administrative and technical elaboration of outgoing correspondence,
  • collection and maintenance of records,
  • preparing proposals for the Chancellor's and Deputy Chancellors' missions, 
  • providing technical support for sittings, gatherings and meetings organised by the Chancellor or his deputies.
