From 1st September 2016  International Mobility is responsible for the business arrivals of foreign academic and administrative staff to the University.

The organizational unit of University which is inviting foreign visitor has to submit an application concerning foreign visitor arrival to International Mobility. Documents approved  the stay have to be attached  to the application ie. the program of the visit, visitor's arrival correspondence, etc. The application has to be submitted at least 14 working days before the date of the foreign visitor arrival to International Mobility.

Complete application shall be submitted to the Vice-Rector for Education and Internationalization. After approval of the application the stay is implemented (if applicable: it means preparing  prepayment  for stay of visitor).
