Tasks of the Support for Colleges and Postgraduate Studies

Tasks of the Office:

  • supporting the process of information and document flow between authorities and units of the University or College and academic teachers;
  • organizational and technical support in terms of the implementation of teaching load plans and teaching room booking;
  • keeping records of class cancellations by academic teachers;
  • administrative support for participants of the education process as part of post-graduate programs in terms of the implementation of tasks relating to the organization and implementation of this activity.
