The goal of the workshop is to provide students with an insight into how to learn effectively, absorb knowledge faster and remember information for longer, and learn reliable methods to increase motivation and concentration. With the knowledge gained, students will become more confident, which will ultimately have a positive impact on their psychological well-being.
