1. How do I consent to Research on Alumni Professional Progression (BLZA)?

  • By completing the relevant Declaration validating the Clearance Slip (until September 2016);
  • By completing the appropriate section in the Work Experience Completion Card  (beginning from the summer term 2016/2017);

2. What is Research on Alumni Professional Progression like?

Research on Alumni Professional Progression (BLZA) research is carried out via two routes:

  • A survey available throughout the entire academic year on the Bureau's page
  • A link to the survey is sent by e-mail to students who have agreed to participate in BLZA. 

3. Can I refuse to consent to Research on Alumni Professional Progression?

Yes, participation in the study is voluntary.

4. Are Research on Alumni Professional Progression studies anonymous?

The survey is anonymous and its results will be published as a statistical summary.

5. Where is the BLZA (Research on Alumni Professional Progression) report published?

The data collected during the BLZA are presented on the website in the Research on Alumni Professional Progression tab, while full research reports are available at the Bureau for Cooperation with Corporate Partners and University Alumni on submission of an e-mail inquiry.

6. How often are BLZA surveys carried out?

BLZA surveys are carried out a year, three and five years after graduating from the University of Economics among graduates who have consented to receive email invitations to online surveys. 

7. What does Employer Research look like?

Employers' surveys are carried among those employers who placed the offer on the University's website in the "Publication of recruitment offers" tab and indicated their willingness to participate in the survey. The survey is sent by email to these employers. At the same time, the survey link is available throughout the year on the Bureau's website.

8. How do I consent to Employer Research?

By accepting the Regulations when registering job offers / internships / work experience for students.

9. Are these surveys anonymous?

The survey is anonymous and its results will be published as a statistical summary.

10. Where is the employer research report published?

The data collected during the study are presented on the website in the Employer Research tab, while full research reports are available at the Bureau for Cooperation with Corporate Partners and University Alumni on submission of an e-mail inquiry.

11. How often are these surveys carried out?

The studies are carried out once a year.

1. Is it possible to review a CV or have a mock interview?

You can have your CV reviewed and take part in a mock group interview during events organised by the Bureau for Cooperation with Corporate Partners and Alumni. All information about these events is available in the Projects tab (Regular own projects) on the Your Career page.
