It is with great sorrow that we have received
the news of the death of late
Prof. Krzysztof Zadora
Honorary Professor of the University of Economics in Katowice, academic teacher, economist, econometrician, researcher and scientist, author of publications on econometrics, finance and accounting with had significant impact of the development of those disciplines.
Rector of the Karol Adamiecki Academy of Economics in Katowice in 1990-1993,
Head of Department: Econometrics /1981-1984/,
Mathematics and Programming at the Institute of Econometrics, / 1984-1990/,
Managerial Accounting at the Department of Accounting /1990-2016/.
Member of the Accountants Association in Poland,
Excellent promoter, scientific reviewer, educator of many generations of economists
For meritorious service to the Republic of Poland and outstanding achievements in scientific activity, awarded with Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
We will keep in our memory his friendship and kindness and devotion to his Alma Mater
