On 22nd of March, 2018, the Senate of the University of Economics in Katowice ratified the cooperation agreement concluded with the Roger Williams University in the United States of America.
Roger Williams University is a private university, founded in 1956, which currently educates over 5,000 students. Our university established cooperation with Roger Williams University in 2017, during the "7th International Week" which was organized by Faculty of Informatics and Communication at the University of Economics in Katowice.
In order to make the travel offer of our university more attractive, it is planned to include Roger Williams University as a partner in a new mobility project with countries outside the European Union (Erasmus+ KA107). It gives us the chance to get scholarships for both incoming and outcoming students and teachers.
Thanks to the framework agreement, it will be possible in the future to specify and strengthen cooperation between both universities.
