Everyone interested in receiving the support offered by our University needs to register at the Accessibility Center and then complete an application for assistance. 

STEP 1 

You need to complete the registration form. This document will be automatically sent to your email. This is the only form, which, after printing and signing, you must personally deliver to the Center along with a copy of the medical records confirming your health condition (original for verification). In exceptional cases, it is possible to send documents by registered mail to the following address:

 The registration form is completed only once (unless your health condition changes).

 STEP 2

You need to complete the application for support. This is the form where you will find all the forms of support offered by our University. There is no need to print this document.

 You can complete the application for support multiple times as needed.
