Tasks of CBIR

The tasks for which the CBiR was established are:

  • Acquisition and implementation of scientific and research, expert and consulting projects in cooperation with business practice;
  • Implementation of scientific and research projects for organizational units, employees and doctoral students of the University;
  • Organizing and integrating teams implementing scientific and research, expert and consulting projects;
  • Creating lasting forms of cooperation between science and business practice;
  • Collecting and processing information for the preparation of reports, diagnoses and expert opinions on the functioning of market entities and current economic problems;
  • Conducting postgraduate studies, training and other teaching activities;
  • Promoting the scientific and research environment of the University and the research achievements of its employees;
  • Conducting internships for students and placements for university teachers;
  • Drafting framework agreements, agreements and letters of intent for cooperation of the University or its organizational units with business and entrepreneurship units, public administration and non-profit organizations;
  • Management of intellectual property rights to results and know-how to the extent specified in the Regulations for the Management of Intellectual Property Rights at the University of Economics;
  • Other activities resulting from the needs reported by legal entities, individuals and other entities and at the request of the University's organizational units related to the activities of the Center
