How to use the services of the sign language interpreter?
Any student/doctoral student with hearing impairment can take advantage of the free assistance of sign language interpreters during classes, credits, exams and in dealing with formal matters at our University.
The range of services of the sign language interpreter includes:
● interpreting the content of the lectures, classes, seminars and other types of activities specified in the curriculum into sign language at the student's request;
● interpreting the content provided during office hours, exams and credits;
● working individually with a student with disabilities, providing interpretation during visits to the Student Services, library, etc.
To use the services of the sign language interpreter, go to the Forms Procedures Deadlines tab, then:
● if you are already registered in the Accessibility Center – complete the application for support;
● if you are NOT registered in the Accessibility Center – please register and then complete the application for support.
The decision informing you of granting the services of the interpreter (or not) will be sent to your email. In case of a positive decision, you should provide your current study timetable.
