The International Relations Office keeps records of all on-line international events, regardless of whether participation requires a fee or is cost-free.  

In order to take part in a cost-free international event an employee should complete an appropriate application. It should be submitted to the International Relations Office together with required attachments at least 7 working days before the date of the planned event. Only a complete application is submitted to the Vice-Rector for Teaching and International Relations for decision.
