Application Process
Annual organization of the application depends on the availability of scholarships within the framework of the CEEPUS project.
Formal criteria:
- Minimum B2 level of the language of instruction (confirmed with the certificate issued not earlier than 2 years or confirmation from the language instructor);
- Grade average- minimum 3,5 from all closed semesters
- Recommendation of the Dean/ Thesis supervisor (mobility in the last semester of studies) and of the International Relations;
- Closed all previous examination sessions and mobilities within the international programs;
The offer is available for students of 2nd and 3rd year of 1st cycle studies and students of 1st and 2nd year of 2nd cycle studies
General schedule of application:
The application process for mobility under the CEEPUS program consists of two stages:
Stage 1
The following documents should be sent to the indicated e-mail address as a single PDF file:
- completed application form with a photo,
- cover letter in the relevant foreign language (the letter should take one A4 page),
- confirmation of foreign language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- consent of the Vice-Dean/ Thesis Supervisor (can be in the form of an e-mail)
The following documents can be used as a confirmation of foreign language proficiency:
- language certificates not older than 2 years (not a certificate of a course completion);
- certificate from a UE Katowice language teacher confirming the proficiency of the language at the level indicated above.
The International Relations reserves the right to verify the proficiency of a foreign language during an interview.
POINTS:
- cover letter: maximum of 5 points
- average grades from previous semesters: number of points = average grade
Stage 2
The International Relations will conduct interviews with candidates who successfully completed the first stage of the application process.
POINTS:
- interview: a maximum of 5 points

Students interested in the possibility of studying abroad within the framework of CEEPUS program are asked to familiarize themselves with the study offer, study conditions and costs of stay at the host university.
