Personnel Management Office (Polish acronym: BZK) is a unit subordinate to the Rector of the University of Economics in Katowice, which deals with the analysis of the employment structure at the University and the design of the remuneration system. Moreover, the Personnel Management monitors the policy of development of employees' competences and the process of improving the methods of their performance appraisal and motivation. BZK also provides human resources services for all persons employed at the University and administrative services for current and former employees of the University.
