Financial conditions
The Erasmus+ grant is intended solely as a contribution to assist with the extra costs of working and living abroad. It will not cover all the costs of the mobility.
The following grant rates apply in Erasmus+ for traineeships in the academic year 2016/2017:

| Group II - Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey | 500 EUR |
| Group III - Bulgaria, Estonia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia | 400 EUR |
ATTENTION!
Students who at the time of applying are recipients of state-funded low income allowance at the UE Katowice or have a certificate of disability degree will also be entitled to a monthly supplement of EUR 200 from the European Social Fund.
