To qualify for the role, you must have

Interest in and willingness to develop AI and GenAI skills, including the use of modern digital
tools to enhance productivity, problem-solving and business outcomes.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an open mindset and willingness to work
effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience gained through academic, personal or commercial AI-related projects.
Participation in technology competitions, hackathons, research initiatives or innovation
programs.
German and/or French language skills.

Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

The EY GDS Poland NextGen Talent Internship is a highly selective program designed for
ambitious students and early-career professionals who are passionate about Business

Transformation, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

As a Junior Business Transformer, you will join a carefully selected cohort of high-potential
talent and participate in an accelerated learning journey combining technical development,
hands-on project work and mentorship from experienced EY professionals. You will gain
exposure to business analytics, marketing and sales transformations, technological
transformations, Generative AI and intelligent solutions that help global organizations solve
complex business challenges.
