- 2+ years of commercial backend development experience
- solid Python experience and practical knowledge of a Python backend framework
- good understanding of REST APIs, relational databases and software design
- familiarity with Git and Docker
- ability to solve technical problems independently within an agreed scope
- English and Polish at B2 level or higher
- Nice to have: experience with EdTech or education-related products, welcome but not required
- AI integrations, automation or data processing

Scope of Services:
- develop and maintain backend services, APIs and integrations in Python
- design business logic, data models and database solutions
- improve performance, reliability and security
- contribute to code reviews, technical consultations and architecture discussions
- project scope, deliverables and cooperation terms are agreed between the parties
