What We Value:
- 1+ year of commercial experience in backend development
- solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, Git)
- curiosity for learning new stacks — e.g. Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or AI integrations
- a love for side projects, hackathons, or student club initiatives
- problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to explore how things work
- communicative English (written and spoken)
- Zakres obowiązków / Job Description
Scope of cooperation:
- build and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
- collaborate with experienced developers and PMs on production-ready features
- work with databases (Supabase, PostgreSQL) and modern tools like Docker
- experiment with AI-powered tools and automation to improve development flow
- participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and R&D mini-projects
