Participation of the Department's employees in the 19th Scientific Conference STRATEGIES IN DECISION-MAKING IN SITUATIONS OF CONFLICT AND COOPERATION 2025
The 19th Scientific Conference, "STRATEGIES IN DECISION-MAKING IN SITUATIONS OF CONFLICT AND COOPERATION 2025," was held on September 22-23, 2025, organized by the Faculty of Organization and Management of the Silesian University of Technology in Ustroń. This year's theme was: "The empowerment of contemporary management." The conference was held under the patronage of the Committee on Organization and Management Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
The conference is an annual forum for the exchange of views and experiences related to decision-making and strategy development in organizations. This year's participants included representatives from over 30 academic centers. Among the many participants, representing leading research institutions in Poland, were employees from our Department:
