Tasks
The tasks of the Administrative Support for the Chancellor and Deputy Chancellors include:
- keeping the schedule of meetings of the Chancellor and his deputies,
- keeping records, registrations and registrations of the secretariat's files,
- accepting and connecting telephone calls,
- submitting to the Chancellor and his deputies matters requiring their decisions,
- submitting correspondence for signature,
- informing organizational units about the manner of handling the matter,
- preparation of drafts of letters, orders, reports,
- drawing up documents or draft documents commissioned by the Chancellor or his deputies,
- administrative and technical elaboration of outgoing correspondence,
- collection and maintenance of records,
- preparing proposals for the Chancellor's and Deputy Chancellors' missions,
- providing technical support for sittings, gatherings and meetings organized by the Chancellor or his deputies.
