We are pleased to announce a new partnership between the University of Economics in Katowice and FlexiProject - a provider of advanced PPM software that supports professional project and portfolio management across organizations.
As part of this collaboration, Management students will receive free access to a professional tool widely used by businesses and public institutions in real-world project environments.
FlexiProject is a comprehensive system for managing projects at both the operational and strategic levels. It enables users to:
- Build and manage project schedules using Gantt charts,
- Run projects based on both Waterfall and Agile methodologies,
- Manage budgets, risks, resources, and project documentation,
- Automate reporting and project review processes.
Students will gain hands-on experience with a real-world platform, developing practical skills that are highly valued in the job market—such as project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and performance reporting. This collaboration presents a valuable opportunity to prepare for careers in organizations that utilize modern PPM systems in their day-to-day project governance.
