About the Speaker
Maciej Zientara has completed more than 150 PE/VC investment projects and over 50 real estate developments. He is the majority shareholder of Soho Development SA, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and the founder of Supernova Group, operating in the real estate, hospitality, and venture investment sectors in Poland, Croatia, Cyprus, and the United States.
Throughout his career, he has raised more than EUR 100 million in capital, managed assets exceeding EUR 500 million, and built a real estate project portfolio valued at over EUR 500 million. As a family office investor, he manages a portfolio worth more than EUR 50 million, including over 40 startups and VC funds. He also possesses extensive experience in M&A, investment banking, fund management, and investment portfolio management.
Maciej Zientara is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, IESE Business School, and Stanford University. - Supernova Development currently manages more than 20 real estate projects with assets valued at over EUR 200 million and has completed more than 40 projects with a total value exceeding EUR 500 million. Since 2012, Maciej Zientara has established five closed-end real estate funds and raised more than EUR 100 million in equity.
- Supernova Hotels has developed a portfolio of prestigious hotels and PRS projects in Poland and Cyprus valued at more than EUR 250 million.
