Member of the staff of the Department of Business Logistics at the University of Economics, dr hab. Danuta Kisperska-Moroń, prof. UE, by ELA members’ vote has been re-elected as a member of the Board of the European Logistics Association (ELA) based in Brussels.
European Logistics Association (ELA) is an organization associating 22 national logistics organizations in the Central, Western and Eastern Europe. Members of these national organizations are people professionally involved in logistics in various sectors of economy in member countries. Through national organizations the ELA network associates around 55 thousands of European logisticians.
Dr hab. Danuta Kisperska-Moroń represents the Polish Logistics Association (PTL) in ELA. In PTL she serves as the deputy chairman of this association. In the Management Board of the European Logistics Association, dr hab. Danuta Kisperska- Moroń, as a long-time member of the Research Committee of this organization, participates in the work on the problems of scientific research in the field of logistics and also in processes of improving doctoral students preparing their dissertations in the broadly understood field of logistics. In addition, dr. Danuta Kisperska-Moroń participates in activities related to the ELA Certification processes, aimed at harmonizing the level of logistics qualifications through Competence Standards in Logistics and Supply Chain.
