Final-year students and recent graduates interested in continuing their studies abroad have a unique opportunity to apply for the one-year postgraduate program Master in Economic Research, offered by the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence. EUI is a prestigious international academic institution specializing in research and education in the social sciences, law, economics, and history. The Institute offers, among others, four-year doctoral programs and prestigious postgraduate programs that attract candidates from around the world.
Poland is allocated three places each year in the Master in Economic Research program. Selected candidates receive a scholarship for the entire duration of the program, funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The studies are free of charge, and scholarship holders are also covered by health insurance. The program also provides the possibility of additional family benefits (for a spouse and child).
The supplementary application round for the 2026/2027 academic year is currently open. The application deadline is 16 March 2026.
