On May 24, 2023, a Special Lecture entitled "Interpersonal emotion regulation. How we can best manage others' feelings. From an individual and organizational perspective," was delivered by Professor Karen Niven, Head of the Institute of Work Psychology at Sheffield University Management School in the UK.

Both our Guest and the gathered audience in the Auditorium were warmly welcomed by Dean of the Faculty of Management Prof. Wojciech Dyduch, Ph.D., and Milena Gojny-Zbierowska, Ph.D., from the Department of Entrepreneurship.

Professor Karen Niven then began her lecture on the regulation of emotions, feelings, and how to manage them, e.g. in other people.

The event was highly popular with both students and academic staff.
