The AI4Good project, funded by the Erasmus+ KA210-SCH programme, has officially launched a Europe-wide initiative aimed at equipping schoolteachers with the skills and knowledge necessary to teach Artificial Intelligence (AI) in schools. The University of Economics in Katowice, as the coordinating institution of the project, plays a key role in implementing this mission.
AI4Good Aims to:
- Develop a dedicated AI Skills Framework tailored to school education.
- Deliver certified, engaging training programmes for teachers.
- Pilot AI teaching materials in classrooms.
- Promote equitable access to AI education.
- Strengthen digital responsibility and ethical awareness in the context of AI.
Digital skills are no longer optional - they are the foundation of modern education. AI4Good gives teachers the tools to become digital transformation leaders in their schools and helps students understand and shape the technologies of the future. - dr hab. With the support of UEK, the AI4Good project contributes to the development of a more innovative, ethical, and digitally resilient education system in Europe.
