„Hochschule Darmstadt: Applied Science in the City of Science“. This year's Erasmus International Staff Week is entirely in line with this motto. The programme provides insight, not only into innovative h_da student projects - but also projects from companies and even Darmstadt City initiatives involving innovative new topics and developments. Hochschule Darmstadt is one of the largest universities of applied sciences in Germany. With more than 70 Bachelor’s, Diploma and Master’s degree programmes, it prepares approximately 17,000 students for careers in a variety of field.
A diverse programme of cultural activities, a Campus Tour in Darmstadt and Dieburg and innovative student projects for instance from the department of Media, Design or Engineering await for visitors. Darmstadt is a city that recently won the title "Digital City" and show what attracts so many international students, researchers and young professionals to this up-and-coming city and innovative University of Applied Sciences. The goal is to bring together international teaching and non-teaching staff to strengthen our existing networks, create new contacts and exchange ideas about education as well as research.
