We are pleased to invite you to participate in this year’s edition of the staff week “Weimar Winterland” organized by Bauhaus-Universitat Weimar on 30.11.- 04.12.2026, which will once again bring together colleagues from our partner universities for professional exchange, networking, and collaboration.
Building on the inspiring experiences from last year, we have expanded the format and are offering two parallel staff courses designed for colleagues working in related fields across the alliance:
• Current Trends and Challenges in (General) Academic Advising see PROGRAMME
• Career Pathways Beyond Borders – Exploring Career Development Opportunities Across Universities see PROGRAMME
The first course is dedicated to staff involved in academic advising and student support, while the second is aimed at colleagues working in human resources, staff development, and career services.
We warmly encourage interested colleagues to join us and take advantage of this opportunity to exchange best practices, discuss current challenges, and strengthen international cooperation. Participation may be funded through the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), subject to your institution’s approval and procedures.
