Wymagania

Analyst-level experience or strong internships in investment banking, M&A, transaction services,
valuation, private equity or corporate finance. Strong accounting, corporate finance and
valuation fundamentals. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. German at B2 level or above;
C1 strongly preferred. Currently based in Europe and available for CET/CEST overlap. Eligibility
for a remote contract in the country of residence. Excellent attention to detail, reliability,
confidentiality and a professional remote-working setup.

Opis stanowiska

Build and update financial, valuation and transaction models. Perform DCF,
comparable-company and precedent-transaction analysis. Conduct company, industry, market,
buyer and investor research. Prepare pitch books, teasers, information memoranda and client
presentations. Review financial statements, assumptions, formulas and supporting data.
Support due diligence, data rooms, trackers and transaction processes. Work with
German-language financial and transaction materials. Coordinate remotely with the client,
senior team members and other stakeholders.

Fully remote role supporting a German client; work during CET/CEST business hours;
structured screening and onboarding; Nexteam support with contracting, payments,
administration, onboarding and the ongoing working relationship.
