We invite you to the 104th event organized by the Center for Career and Cooperation with Alumni as part of the "Business Academy". The substantive partner of the event is Prime Group.
Purpose of the training
- provide the participants with an opportunity to apply their knowledge, test their skills and competences in a real business context
- present the challenges and decision-making process which professionals face in the business world
- promote critical thinking and strategic vision by exposing students to dynamic business environments
- help the participants gain a better understanding of the complexities and reality of companies from a management ans business point
- build students’ confidence and stimulate their cognitive abilitiies by presenting them with real scenarios and enabling them to successfully develop and present solutions

Training participants
- they will gain knowledge in the field: insights into real-world challenges faced by businesses; better understanding of the complexities of business management; strategies to apply in business management,
- skills: problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, thinking outside the box,
- social competence: communication, cooperation, respect, confidence.

Training will be led by
Frederico Van Der Kellen is an International Career and Corporate Manager at Prime Group managing training and development programs, career and executive coaching sessions and projects for all Prime Group companies and partnerships with national and international top tier universitites.
More than 3000 hours of training, more than 700 hours of team and one to one executive coaching.
Certified Organizational and Executive Coach and Team Coach with a course accredited by ICF (international Coach Federation) and ICC (International Coaching Community) respectively. Lived and worked in 4 different continents. Degree and Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology.

The event will be held online on the Zoom platform.

Applications
The application form is used to organize the training and the personal data provided by participants for the purpose of participating in the training will be processed for these purposes by two organizers, i.e. University of Economics in Katowice and Prime Group.

- Prime Group commits to only use students personal and professional information for possible recruitment purposes with their explicit consent. Also, de data given by the faculty will only be shared with Prime Group team members.
The event may be recorded by the Organizers. Screenshots may be taken during the event. The aforementioned recordings and screenshots can then be published on the website of the University of Economics in Katowice and Prime Group part of the report / information on the training organization. By participating in the event, you consent to the publication of your image.
