The Essentials – You Will Have:
- active student status in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- availability to work at least 24 hours per week
- proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- legal work and stay permits in Poland
The Preferred – You Might Also Have:
- academic coursework or initial exposure to supply chain, logistics, or transportation management topics
- interest in global supply chain operations and international project work
- Zakres obowiązków / Job Description
- support the implementation and ongoing rollout of the Transportation Management System (TMS) across regions
- gain an understanding of transportation and distribution processes across distribution centers in the US and Europe
- help develop TMS training materials based on logistics and transportation process knowledge
- coordinate meetings related to TMS implementation, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of outcomes
- provide administrative and project support for TMS and freight pay and audit implementation across regions
