• bachelor’s or master’s graduates with permanent work authorization in Poland (student or graduate visas are not accepted)
• ready to start full-time from September 2026
• proficient in English and Polish (both at B2 level minimum)
• flexible to work weekends and various shifts

• checkout
• daily scheduling & team coordination
• training & working alongside newer team members
• ownership of a key product category
• sales floor layout & optimization
• staff development & training plans
• store audits & maintaining brand standards
• weekly scheduling based on sales projections
• monitoring sales KPIs and managing inventory
