The project includes initiatives aimed at developing personnel's digital and green skills, management skills (mandatory for management staff), as well as subject-specific, cross-disciplinary, analytical, and language skills.

The project aims to establish the Silesian Climate Centre (ŚCK) – a regional hub for developing expertise and knowledge in the field of climate change adaptation. The ŚCK will serve as a permanent tool to support local government bodies (JST) and the residents of the Silesian Voivodeship in taking action to build climate resilience, according to the priorities set out in the Voivodeship Development Strategy "Silesia 2030 – Green Silesia" and in the Regional Climate Change Adaptation Plan.

The SAGE project aims to accelerate digital transformation by equipping teachers with AI-based teaching solutions. This will foster innovation in education, ensuring that pupils and students acquire future-proof, cross-sector skills in AI and sustainability.

The project will support the green digital transformation by making AI-based education energy-efficient and inclusive. In addition, it aims to serve as a bridge between higher education, vocational training, and the labor market to promote sustainable employment.

The SAGE project will develop an AI-based pedagogical guide, teaching scenarios enriched with AI tools, and micro-qualifications for higher education and vocational training teachers. The results of the project will increase digital readiness, employee skills, and the sustainable implementation of AI in education, supporting inclusive teaching.

The project aims to explore issues related to implementing the circular economy and sustainable development practices in supply chains. Growing pressure for environmentally friendly and socially responsible actions requires innovative approaches and cooperation with recognized experts.

AI4Good is an international initiative that supports secondary school teachers in developing their skills in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). Through collaboration between our University, ISACA Europe, and SABA School, the project provides innovative teaching tools and certified training to help teachers deliver engaging AI lessons and promote digital skills among students.

The primary objective of the project is to develop tools that enable urban planners to define and optimize the concept of 15-minute cities within urban districts. The activities include the developdeveloping a model to assess cities and districts in terms of their implementation of the 15-minute city concept, as well as creating ment of a model for assessing cities and districts in terms of their implementation of the 15-minute city concept, as well as a simulation platform.

PILLARS is an Alliance dedicated to developing educational activities related to the emerging profession of organizational impact manager. It therefore covers issues such as an organization's relationship with its environment, social responsibility, and the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals and ESG reporting. As part of the work, the Alliance will develop applications to support the work of impact managers and prepare a training path for managers.

The primary objective of the TOP4HoneyChains project is to develop a digital platform that facilitates the creation and operation of a smart honey value chain, employing a transnational approach with partners from Poland, Latvia, Argentina, and Turkey. The platform will be adaptable in various countries.

This project aims to create a new, fully integrated and innovative study program in intercultural management. Project activities shall focus on coordinating and managing the program, and then developing rules and criteria for recruitment and admission, as well as integrated and standardized student services, graduation procedures, financial management, quality assurance, and European accreditation. The project's primary aim is to increase the ability to analyze information on financing opportunities, minimizing the impact of misinformation. This project aims to shape entrepreneurial skills through education and support in the use of digital technologies to evaluate financing opportunities. It targets university graduates and young entrepreneurs, in particular, offering support in acquiring innovative and entrepreneurial skills, and also promoting an attitude of openness to digital transformation. The project is also intended to promote cooperation and exchange of experiences between participants and educational institutions and the private sector. The creation of an innovative and interactive course based on an e-learning platform is the expected result.

The main objective is to develop a tool for a comprehensive assessment of the competencies and predispositions of job candidates and university professional staff. The results of the activities undertaken will be as follows:

• preparation of comprehensive competency profiles for selected positions in the group of professional staff;
• substantive development of a set of questions/tasks/problems to verify the level of competence of a candidate for a job in the university administration;
• development of an IT tool for assessing the competence of professional staff with a compendium to interpret the results of the assessment.

The main objective of the project is to promote climate change education in business-oriented universities. Project activities include the preparation of innovative educational content, based on the results of discussion forums with the scientific and business communities. The results are expected to contribute to supporting graduates of economics universities in their preparation for new professional roles related to the green transition process and the pursuit of climate neutrality goals.
