Admissions

Recruitment for academic year 2023/2024 runs from the 28th of April to the 1st of October 2023. The recruitment process is 100% online - via IRK2 online recruitment system.

Check which postgraduate programs in English we are actually recruiting for.  

Candidates will be informed about the results of the recruitment after its completed. 

No entry fee charged when signing up!

Foreigners who have a diploma of higher education from Polish universities are oblidged to register in the online recruiting system IRK2 and attach complete documentation consisting of:

  • scan of a document confirming legal stay in Poland,
  • scan of a polish diploma of higher education,

In case of applying for a discount in the tuition fee - candidate should answer the questions in the section "Documents related to discounts" in the recruitment system and attach a scan of the document entitling to receive it.

!!! In accordance with the amendment to the Law on Higher Education and Science, which entered into force on 15 February 2023 diplomas issued outside UE, EFTA or OECD and diplomas not covered by international agreements on equivalence of education no longer require nostrification in order to apply for postgraduate studies.

Candidates with foreign diploma are obliged to register in the online recruiting system IRK2 and attach complete documentation consisting of:

  • scan of a document confirming legal stay in Poland,
  • scan of a legalized diploma of higher education,
  • scan of sworn translation (into polish or english) of the diploma.

Translation should be made by:

  • a person entered by the Minister of Justice on the list of sworn translators or
  • a person registered as a sworn translator in a member state of the European Union, a member state of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) - a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or a member state of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), or
  • a consul of the Republic of Poland, competent for the country on whose territory or in whose education system the diploma was issued, or
  • a diplomatic mission or consular post of a country accredited in the Republic of Poland on the territory of which or in the education system of which the diploma was issued.

Log into the online recruiting system IRK2, fill out the application form and choose the study program you are interested in.

Scan the following documents:

  • legalized diploma of graduation,
  • sworn translation of the abovementioned diploma into Polish or English,
  • document confirming legal stay in Poland.

Master Degree Admission Process

When the documents are verified positively, you will be notified via e-mail that your status in the IRK2 system has changed.

Qualification status: qualified

Applies to candidates who have submitted documents and completed all the necessary formalities in the IRK system, but the decision to launch the chosen study program has not been made by the Director of the Research and Development Center yet. The candidate will be informed via e-mail on starting the study program.

Qualification status: reserve list

A candidate who submitted the documents and meets the formal requirements for admission to postgraduate studies, but was registered on the reserve list because the limit of seats had been already reached. The candidate will be qualified for admission to postgraduate studies, provided that seats are available.  

Qualification status: not qualified

Candidate who did not meet the recruitment conditions for postgraduate studies (did not submit the documents and/or did not meet the formal requirements).
