Academic Sports Association

Academic Sports Association (AZS) - the oldest student organization, which at the same time is the University sports club. It is run in close cooperation with the staff of the Physical Education Department. Its objective is to promote sports and active lifestyle among University staff and students, particularly in basketball, football, handball, volleyball, athletics, swimming, skiing, table tennis, judo and body-building. The Association is also responsible for organizing the University championships.
