Meeting with a specialist from the insurance industry during classes at Our Department
On November 20, 2024, at the invitation of dr Danuta Kozłowska-Makóś, Marceli Drabek, an experienced practitioner from the insurance industry, was a guest at our classes with students. Marceli Drabek conducted workshops entitled "Profession: insurance broker", during which he discussed key aspects of the work of an insurance broker, professional challenges and development prospects in this industry. Students had the opportunity to learn about cooperation with clients and what skills are necessary to be successful in this profession. These exercises were part of the classes in the subject "Insurance", and the practical dimension of the meeting allowed students to better understand how theory translates into the realities of the insurance market. The classes ended with a lively discussion, in which students had the opportunity to ask questions and learn the details of the work of a broker.
