Participation of a practitioner in Corporate Governance lecture
On May 6, 2024, as part of a lecture about Corporate Governance conducted by Dr. Małgorzata Lipowicz, we hosted the practitioner Ms. Renata Sontowska, Manager of the Valuation and Credit Decisions Team of ING Bank Hipoteczny S.A.
Students listened to a presentation on the Principles of Corporate Governance and the Recommendations of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. The information provided included many practical aspects and interesting examples from the everyday practice of the supervised institution.
