Participation of the Department's employees in the 7th National Scientific Conference INTER_FaMa'2025
On June 26, 2025, dr Iwona Gorzeń-Mitka and dr Małgorzata Lipowicz participated in the 7th National Scientific Conference "Interdisciplinarity in 21st-Century Organization Management INTER_FaMa'2025," organized by the SKN FaMa Business Leaders Club at the Faculty of Management of the Częstochowa University of Technology in cooperation with the Warsaw Institute of Banking.
The conference is an annual forum for the exchange of views and experiences related to research addressing interdisciplinarity in organizational management.
During the conference, dr Iwona Gorzeń-Mitka and dr Małgorzata Lipowicz chaired the panel session, moderating the substantive discussion and fostering the exchange of experiences among participants.
In addition, a paper by Sebastian Wazia, a first-year student of Finance and Accounting, was presented during the conference. The paper was prepared under the supervision of dr inż. Iwona Gorzeń-Mitka, who won the award for best presentation in the panel session. The topic of the winning paper was: "Awareness and Protection Against Cyber Risks in Micro and Small Enterprises."
