Students visit the Global BD Trading office
On May 22, 2026, students of the Accounting and Controlling program participated in a study visit to the Global BD Trading office, organized as part of their Financial Analysis course using the Finance and Accounting program.
The purpose of the visit was to familiarize students with the practical use of modern tools supporting financial analysis and investment and business decision-making processes. Participants had the opportunity to learn about professional solutions used in the daily work of financial analysts, including tools used for technical and fundamental analysis.
During the visit, company representatives discussed, among other things, methods for assessing the financial condition of enterprises, ratio analysis, the interpretation of market data, and the importance of ongoing monitoring of the economic and financial situation of businesses. Students also had the opportunity to experience working with financial and accounting systems and specialized analytical software in practice.
The visit served as a valuable supplement to the academic curriculum, enabling students to combine theoretical knowledge with business practice. Direct contact with industry experts allowed participants to better understand the specifics of working in finance, accounting, and controlling and to learn about the current demands of the job market.
