On June 4, 2025, the final of the first edition of the Adventure Startup Challenge took place at the University of Economics in Katowice. The initiative aimed to create a space where innovative ideas could flourish, and their creators could receive support to help turn their concepts into real-world projects.
The event was organized by the AD VENTURE Student Entrepreneurship Association, under the supervision of dr Magdalena Dominiczewska.
The concept of the competition and its implementation were the work of Konrad Mały - Chair of the Association, student of International Business, and jury member in both the first and second stages of the competition.
Five projects advanced to the grand finale, where they were presented before a jury composed of representatives from academia and the business world. The finalists were:
- Dominika Kiolbasa (Driplook)
- Paweł Olszewski (Body Adaptive Pants – BAP)
- Tycjan Otworowski (AutomAI)
- Eryk Piszczek (To the point)
- Paweł Gołaś (Fuszki)
The jury selected the three winners:
- 1st Place: Tycjan Otworowski (AutomAI)
- 2nd Place: Eryk Piszczek (To the point)
- 3rd Place: Paweł Gołaś (Fuszki)
The prize pool exceeded PLN 8,000 and included access to marketing and business consulting, individual mentoring, and invitations to prestigious industry events.
Awards:
- Advisory support worth PLN 5,000 from MOM Studio agency
- Passes to the three-day AIBA 2025 conference – one of the most significant AI-focused events in Poland
- Mentoring sessions with Jakub Nagórski, President of the Silesian Startup Foundation
