We invite young researchers, PhD students and graduate students to participate in a lecture delivered by dr. Indranarain Ramlall on "Economic modelling for young researchers". The lecture will take place on January 16, 2023 at 4 pm in CNTI, room 2.19@.
We also invite the whole academic community of our University to participate in a lecture delivered by dr. Indranarain Ramlall on "Central Bank Digital Currency – Implications for monetary policy and financial stability".
The lecture will take place on January 17, 2023 at 6 pm.
After the lecture there will be a possibility to discuss research interests and potential scientific collaboration with our guest.

Dr Indranarain Ramlall is Associate Professor at the University of Mauritius in the Department of Economics and Statistics. Prior to joining the University, he worked for the State Bank of India (Mauritius), the Anglo-Mauritius Financial Services Limited and the Bank of Mauritius (the Central Bank of Mauritius). His research interests include: financial stability, central banking, risk management, quantitative methods and econometric modelling, economics of climate change and green finance.
