From 26–30 September this year, Welcome Point is organizing an Integration Week for foreign students starting their studies at the University of Economics in Katowice and for international exchange students such as Erasmus+.
Integration Week is organized especially for undergraduate and graduate international students. During the first week in Poland, they have the opportunity to get to know the region, city and our University of Economics in Katowice. As part of the programme, a lot of meetings and attractions take place, for instance: Polish language workshops, bowling, partie, and more!
The individual events will take place at various locations in Katowice. Students will also visit the Planetarium in Chorzów.
At the end of Integration Week, a Global Village will take place. It is a meeting of international students; all gathered can taste the traditional food, drinks and learn songs and dances from different countries.
