In the winter semester of the academic year 2023/2024, our University will welcome nearly 200 international students from more than 33 countries! Traditionally, Welcome Point organizes Integration Week which is going to be held between September 25-29, 2023.
During their first days in Poland, new long-term undergraduate and graduate students and Erasmus+ international exchange students will have the opportunity to get to know our University, the city of Katowice and the nearby tourist attractions.
Numerous exciting events are planned as part of the program, including activities such as Polish language workshops, integration games and city tours. Each meeting will be held at various locations within our University and throughout the city. Students will visit places like the Silesian Museum and Planetarium in Chorzów, among others, and will also tour the historic "Janów-Nikiszowiec" district of Katowice.
