JEM in SCOPUS

It is with great pleasure that we would like to inform of the positive evaluation of our University's Journal of Economics and Management (JEM) for indexing in the Scopus database.

JEM Editorial Board would like to thank all researchers from our University who have contributed to the improvement of JEM both as authors and reviewers of high-quality scientific papers. You are all more than welcome to continue our cooperation.

At the same time, we would like to encourage everyone to use materials published in JEM in research and publications. Our featured papers are high quality and present up-to-date and highly engaging research in the field of economics, management, business and finance, also in the context of information systems and technologies, sociology and communication.

The recognizability of JEM is growing every year, as evidenced by the statistics available on our website (according to Google Scholar, Scopus and Web of Science (WoS). Every contribution to building this recognition helps to promote JEM in the scientific community, both nationally and internationally.

There are further challenges ahead for JEM, mainly by attracting well-known national and international authors and reviewers and continuing to increase the quality of published articles and JEM’s visibility, including quotation rates in Scopus and WoS. Your support in this regard will be extremely valuable and will help make JEM the pride of our University.

JEM is included in the list of journals of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. In 2021, it received 40 points (Economics and Finance, Management and Quality Sciences), which were not increased in the recently published list. Nevertheless, immediately after the list was announced, an appeal, with detailed justification for the scoring awarded, was submitted to the Minister of Education and Science and the President of the Science Evaluation Committee. We are currently providing additional information on Scopus accepting JEM.
