In June 2026, the University of Economics in Katowice will host the second edition of the BAUHAUS4EU Forum - a landmark international event bringing together the ten member universities of the BAUHAUS4EU European Alliance from nine countries across Europe.
The Forum will welcome students, PhD candidates, academic and administrative staff, as well as distinguished guests from national and European institutions - including the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, NAWA, FRSE, the Katowice - City of Science Consortium, and regional and local authorities.
In total, nearly 300 participants from all over Europe are expected. It is set to be an extraordinary event - and we need your help to make it happen!
We are recruiting motivated students who meet the following criteria:
- English skills at B2+ level or higher
- Familiarity with our University and its environment
- Comfort in international, multicultural settings
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Availability during the Forum dates (full or partial availability is welcome)
Not sure if your schedule allows it? Check the detailed agenda first - partial availability is perfectly fine.
By joining the volunteer team, you will:
- Expand your international network across Europe
- Receive an official certificate confirming your involvement in organising this prestigious event
- Get an exclusive set of Forum-themed gadgets
- Improve your English (and other languages) and develop valuable soft skills — all while being part of a truly international experience
