On October 12, we had the opportunity to host students from different parts of the world at Welcome Point during the first edition of "Juicy Thursdays." Students from France, Ukraine, Italy, Portugal and Turkey, among others, visited us to discover together the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. We prepared refreshing juices for you to start this academic year fully engaged and positive!
This amazing meeting took place as part of the "Feel good @UEKat" project, which aims to promote healthy lifestyles and nutrition awareness among students. Thanks to the support of Uni Buddies, which proved invaluable, we were able to organize this event at an excellent level.
During Juicy Thursday, we had the opportunity to showcase the nutritional richness and healthful properties of various juices. Our range of juices was diverse, allowing us to satisfy different tastes and health needs.
Starting with the refreshing "Pineapple Power", which provided energy and vitamins from pineapple, through the seasonal "Autumn Juice" perfectly suited to the autumn vibes. There was also a strong ginger and immune-boosting juice called "An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away" which certainly delighted foodies.
