On September 26, 2024, the National Science Centre announced the results of the MINIATURA 8 competition. Experts have selected researchers who will conduct research in the humanities, social sciences, arts, natural sciences, engineering, and life sciences. The total amount of grants is PLN 5,087,334. We are pleased to inform you that dr Monika Eisenbardt from the Department of Informatics and International Accounting has received funding for her research project entitled "Benefits and Risks for Enterprises Resulting from Cooperation with Consumers in Acquiring Their Opinions, Ideas, and Knowledge - A Pilot Study."
The goal of the MINIATURA competition is to support research activities that serve as a starting point for developing research project proposals that can subsequently be submitted for funding in NCN or other national and international competitions. In the eighth edition of the competition, it was possible to obtain funding of PLN 5,000 to 50,000 for research activities lasting up to 12 months.
The total budget allocated for this year's edition of the competition amounted to PLN 20 million and was divided proportionally to the number of months in which the call for proposals was open. An application could only be qualified for funding if it fit within the pool of funds available for a given month.
